Rick is an Electrical Service Engineer at General Motors developing current and future service diagnostics for Heater and A/C control electronic systems on all of GM's great vehicle line-up. We live in Warren during week days, near the GM Tech Center. My wife and I enjoy meeting new people, entertaining and just having a good time where ever we go.
In my past I was a Chevrolet auto technician and I am a very creative - do it your-selfer. I personally contracted and built this lodge myself with lots of pride. Some of my interests are furniture refinishing, eBay and Craigslist, crafting natural rustic furnishings and skiing in the winter and summer.
One of my favorite places to spend leisure time is in the natural environment surrounding the areas of the lakefront home. Pictured here, I am cruising around the lake with AnneMarie in our old boat named "The African Queen". Crooked Lake is a wonderful all sports lake. There are many activities here locally, from water sports, fall colors, to winter sports which will provide many fun filled times. AnneMarie is an Information Technology Specialist with 21+ years of IT experience, 9+ years as a Project Manager and Software Quality Assurance specializing in project development, system enhancement, application analysis, and website deployment. I am currently working contract at GM working with a exciting cutting edge Agile team. I also provide enhancements for our website, assisting other small business in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). I enjoy learning new tools and technologies and continually work to improve my skills as needed.
I enjoy supporting my wonderful husband in his special projects that he does. We both love to be at the lake to enjoy water skiing, swimming, boating, or we are off to the trails and sometimes on the lake cross country skiing. There is always time for walks, RV rides, lots of fun. The hot tub is always great relaxation after a fun day.
